Here are the lyrics for my latest creation, Burden of Hope.

Burden of Hope

Voiceless we walked Silent, unseen Condemned to the grave by a world that failed to speak

Cast in to the flames Only shadows would remain

Tomorrow untold In the hearts of the bold

Though still slaves to the forces of old (Never again)

No gods to hear our cries (never again) We bear the mark of their lie (with it came pride)

And with our destruction came their pride

Never again

Wishful thoughts rain down on me We'd dance, we'd fly, all sing as one in harmony

How wonderful to dream

Fighting to breathe in dark unyielding seas When the echoes call, a beguiling storm, we're pushed into the deep

Burdened by the throw Destined to reap what they sow

No gods to hear our cries (never again) We bear the mark of their lie (with it came pride)

And with our destruction came their pride

Never again

Will the page ever turn The story never dies Won't they heed our cries Will we ever be free from their disguise

The hands in which we lie The struggle to survive
